The Siegfried Vögele Institute offers MBA programs for Top-Managers. In the context of this program the institute organised a dinner for their students on March 8, 2012 to learn more about service marketing.

In cooperation with Prof. Dr. Gouthier, professor of the chair in service marketing at the EBS Business School, the institute invited Nikolaus Bremerich to present the dinner speech of the night.

Nikolaus presented the method Service to Sales, i.e. using of service contacts to generate leads, which leads to an increase of Return on Contact. In addition to the theory he told about the practice side based on his wide experience as a consultant. The students were excited about the speech and used the chance to discuss it further during the dinner.
