After deregulation of the energy market we supported several major companies in developing, testing and optimizing their consumer sales channels, especially in retail (incl. own shops). Additionally we developed strategies on how to co-operate with the housing-industry in order to secure existing B2B business and open up new sales potential. Last but not least we used our experience in the TIMES industry to develop launch strategies for new smart home products.
